Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility

100% Refund Available:

  • • Within 7 days of purchase
  • • No tests have been attempted
  • • Account has not accessed any test content

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and meet the above criteria, we will provide a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refund Conditions

Partial Refund (50-75%):

  • • Within 14 days of purchase
  • • Less than 25% of tests attempted
  • • Valid reason for discontinuation

Partial refunds are calculated based on the number of tests attempted and the time elapsed since purchase. Each case is reviewed individually.

No Refund Conditions

No Refund Available:

  • • More than 14 days since purchase
  • • More than 25% of tests attempted
  • • Package validity period has expired
  • • Violation of terms and conditions

Retake Policy

Standard Retake Allowances

Individual Subject Packages:

  • • 1 retake per full-length test
  • • No retakes for sectional tests
  • • Must be used within validity period

Bundle Packages:

  • • 2 retakes per full-length test
  • • 1 retake per sectional test
  • • Extended validity period

Retake Conditions

  • Retakes must be requested within 30 days of original test completion
  • Different question paper will be provided for retakes
  • Both original and retake scores will be maintained in your record
  • Retakes are subject to the same evaluation timeline as original tests
  • No additional retakes beyond the allocated limit

Technical Issue Retakes

Free Retake Provided For:

  • • Platform technical failures during test
  • • Server downtime affecting test completion
  • • Upload failures due to system issues
  • • Evaluation delays beyond 72 hours

Special Circumstances

Medical/Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In case of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, we may provide:

  • Extension of package validity period
  • Additional retake opportunities
  • Partial refunds on case-by-case basis
  • Transfer to future test series

Required Documentation: Medical certificates or other relevant documentation must be provided within 7 days of the incident.

Board Exam Date Changes

If official board exam dates are changed by the education board, we will automatically extend the validity of all active packages to align with the new schedule at no additional cost.
