You are expected to:

  • • Complete tests within the designated time limits
  • • Submit only your own original work
  • • Follow all test instructions and platform guidelines
  • • Maintain the confidentiality of test content

Answer Sheet Submission

  • Submit clear, legible photographs or scans of your answer sheets
  • Ensure all pages are included and properly oriented
  • Do not alter or modify answer sheets after the test period
  • Submit within the specified upload window
  • Use only the answer sheets provided by Edumantram

Prohibited Practices

Cheating and Dishonest Practices

Strictly Prohibited:

  • • Using unauthorized materials, books, or notes during tests
  • • Seeking help from others during test attempts
  • • Using electronic devices (phones, tablets, computers) for assistance
  • • Accessing external websites or resources during tests
  • • Communicating with others about test content during the test period

Content Sharing and Distribution

  • Sharing test questions, answers, or content with other students
  • Posting test materials on social media or online forums
  • Creating or distributing unauthorized copies of test papers
  • Selling or commercializing test content
  • Recording or screenshotting test questions

Technical Violations

  • Attempting to circumvent platform security measures
  • Using multiple accounts to access the same test
  • Manipulating timer or submission systems
  • Submitting answer sheets that are not your own work
  • Using automated tools or scripts during tests

When potential violations are detected, we follow a thorough investigation process:

  5. Final determination and appropriate action

Consequences of Violations

Progressive Disciplinary Actions

First Offense (Minor Violations):

  • • Written warning and counseling
  • • Test result may be invalidated
  • • Mandatory retake with different question paper

Second Offense (Moderate Violations):

  • • Suspension from platform for 30 days
  • • Loss of retake privileges
  • • Partial refund forfeiture

Severe Violations:

  • • Permanent account suspension
  • • Complete forfeiture of all fees
  • • Reporting to educational institutions (if applicable)
  • • Legal action for copyright infringement

Appeal Process

Students have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions:

  • Submit a written appeal within 7 days of notification
  • Provide evidence or explanation for the alleged violation
  • Appeal will be reviewed by a different team member
  • Final decision will be communicated within 10 business days
